In short: Veyra collects the fitness and nutrition details you enter so it can build your plan. If you have not created an account, that information stays in your own browser and is never sent to us. We do not sell your data.
Veyra ("we", "us") provides fitness and nutrition planning software. This policy explains what information the application handles, why, and what control you have over it. If you have questions about this policy, contact us through the address published on our website.
To generate a plan, Veyra asks you for:
This is the minimum needed to produce the calculations and filtering that the product performs. We do not ask for and do not want medical records, diagnoses or clinical information.
If you use progress tracking, Veyra stores the weigh-ins, completed sessions and logged sets you choose to record, along with their dates.
If accounts are enabled and you create one, we store your email address, your display name and a salted, hashed representation of your password. We never store your password in a readable form and cannot recover it for you.
If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers and billing details are collected and held by Stripe, not by Veyra. We receive only a customer reference, your subscription status, plan tier and renewal date. We never see or store your full card number.
Veyra can run in two modes, and this materially changes how your data is handled:

We do not use your information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
Where account mode is enabled, we rely on a small number of providers to operate the service — including hosting infrastructure and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and for the purpose of running Veyra.
In device mode, data persists in your browser until you delete it. In account mode, we retain your data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, plan and progress are removed. Limited billing records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to our handling of your information, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Veyra is available to people aged 14 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14. If you believe someone under 14 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
For users under 18, we deliberately keep collection to the minimum the product needs to function. We ask for age as a whole number — we do not ask for or store a date of birth. We do not run advertising, we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use third-party behavioural analytics or tracking. The third parties that can receive account data are limited to what makes the service work: our database host, our email provider for account emails, and our payment processor for paid subscriptions.
Your fitness and nutrition data — body measurements, goals, allergies, plans and progress — is visible only to you. It is never shown to other users, and entitlement and ownership are checked on the server for every request rather than trusted from the browser.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, plan, progress history and account record from our database.
If you are under 18, we encourage you to talk to a parent or guardian about using Veyra, and to review this policy with them.
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and server-side verification of subscription entitlements. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where accounts are enabled and the change is significant, notify you directly.
