In short: Veyra collects the fitness and nutrition details you enter so it can build your plan. If you have not created an account, that information stays in your own browser and is never sent to us. We do not sell your data.

1. Who we are

Veyra ("we", "us") provides fitness and nutrition planning software. This policy explains what information the application handles, why, and what control you have over it. If you have questions about this policy, contact us through the address published on our website.

2. What Veyra collects

2.1 Information you enter

To generate a plan, Veyra asks you for:

Age, sex, height and body weight — used to estimate your basal metabolic rate
Activity level, training goal, experience and available equipment
Training days per week and any body areas you want to train around
Dietary pattern, meals per day, cooking time and any allergies or exclusions you select

This is the minimum needed to produce the calculations and filtering that the product performs. We do not ask for and do not want medical records, diagnoses or clinical information.

2.2 Information you generate over time

If you use progress tracking, Veyra stores the weigh-ins, completed sessions and logged sets you choose to record, along with their dates.

2.3 Account information

If accounts are enabled and you create one, we store your email address, your display name and a salted, hashed representation of your password. We never store your password in a readable form and cannot recover it for you.

2.4 Payment information

If you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers and billing details are collected and held by Stripe, not by Veyra. We receive only a customer reference, your subscription status, plan tier and renewal date. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Where your information is stored

Veyra can run in two modes, and this materially changes how your data is handled:

Device mode. No account exists. Your profile, plan, progress and settings are stored in your own browser's local storage. This information is not transmitted to us and we cannot access it. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently.
Account mode. Your profile, plan, progress and settings are stored on our servers so they are available when you sign in from another device.

4. How your information is used

We use what you provide to:

Calculate your energy and macronutrient targets
Filter the exercise library to movements matching your equipment, experience and flagged areas
Filter the food library to exclude your allergens and match your dietary pattern
Save and restore your plan and progress
Manage your subscription and provide support if you ask for it

We do not use your information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information
We do not share your health and fitness inputs with advertisers
We do not send marketing email unless you opt in, and you can withdraw at any time

6. Service providers

Where account mode is enabled, we rely on a small number of providers to operate the service — including hosting infrastructure and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and for the purpose of running Veyra.

7. Retention

In device mode, data persists in your browser until you delete it. In account mode, we retain your data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, plan and progress are removed. Limited billing records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

8. Your controls

Within Settings you can, at any time:

Export everything Veyra holds about you as a JSON file
Clear your progress history while keeping your plan
Delete your plan, progress, settings and account entirely
Change your notification preferences

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to our handling of your information, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Veyra is intended for adults. It is not designed for and should not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and server-side verification of subscription entitlements. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where accounts are enabled and the change is significant, notify you directly.
